Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, copy the writing wholesale, attempt to break security, or imply an engagement that does not exist. Insights may be linked to with attribution.

Enquiries and accounts

Form submissions and emails are conversations until both parties sign or accept an engagement document. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send. We may decline work that is a poor fit.

Engagements

Infrastructure reviews, transformation engineering, managed engineering, AI infrastructure and any managed-IT agreement start only under a separate agreement that sets scope, fees, and operational authority. Until then, we have no obligation to perform work in your environment.

Intellectual property

The site design, writing, and brand belong to North Ark AI. You may not use our name or marks to suggest sponsorship without permission.

Liability

Website content is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on it. Nothing excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
