North Ark AI (North Ark) is based in Queensland, Australia. This website describes Infrastructure Reviews, Transformation Engineering, Managed Engineering and AI infrastructure and automation. Enquiries are treated as business correspondence, not as a consumer marketing list.

Who we are

Contact hello@northark.com.au. North Ark AI (ABN 40 948 762 072) is an Australian business based in Brisbane, Queensland, and does not publish a street address.

What we collect

If you use the contact page form: name, company, work email, role, enquiry type (Transformation Engineering, Managed Engineering, AI infrastructure, Infrastructure Review, or not sure), focus area, description, timeframe, and optional budget or environment size. If you use the shorter exit-intent form: name, company, work email, enquiry type, and message. Server logs from hosting may include IP address and user agent.

This site may use Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog, and Google Ads conversion tags. They set cookies or similar identifiers to show which pages are used and whether an enquiry form was completed.

When you send an enquiry, your browser also sends Google Ads a one-way scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of your email address, never the address itself. Google uses it only to work out whether the enquiry came from one of our ads, a feature Google calls enhanced conversions. Guide downloads are never shared this way, and no other advertising platform receives your email in any form.

Booking a 30-minute call loads Calendly (Calendly, Inc.) scripts and may set third-party cookies so you can pick a time. That widget is served from calendly.com. If you prefer not to use it, send a written enquiry through the contact form instead.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, keep a record of what was asked, operate and protect the website, and understand which pages are used if analytics are enabled. We do not sell personal information. We don't use your enquiry to train AI models.

Sharing

We may use hosting providers (including Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps), email infrastructure, Calendly for call booking, and the analytics vendors named above. We share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Analytics and hosting vendors may process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable contractual and operational steps, but we cannot control every destination law.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed for the discussion and ordinary business record-keeping. Under the Australian Privacy Act you may request access, correction, or deletion where we can do so without breaking a legal obligation. Email hello@northark.com.au. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children

This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Managed services work

If you later engage North Ark to manage or change your environment, that work is governed by a separate agreement. Customer environment data handled under that agreement is not described by this website notice alone.
