North Ark is based in Brisbane and all of our engineers are in Australia. Our plans combine everyday IT support with the engineering most providers bring in from elsewhere: identity and security, Azure, servers, networks and firewalls, backup and disaster recovery, and AI and automation.
So when a problem at your office turns out to be a firewall rule, a Conditional Access policy or an Azure route, it's fixed by the same team that answered the first call.
Onsite when it matters
Most issues are fixed fastest remotely, and that's how support is delivered day to day. When something needs hands on hardware (a new site, a failed switch, a server room, a fit-out), onsite work is arranged with you and is not part of the per-user price.
Multi-site across South East Queensland
Many Brisbane organisations run sites across the region: a head office in the city, a warehouse on the Trade Coast or in Logan, offices on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, a depot in Ipswich or Toowoomba. No. Most support is remote, so we work Australia-wide. Brisbane and South East Queensland organisations are also close enough for onsite work when it's needed.
